Working Alongside Selectors

Once a selection process is up and running, we may join it in several ways. As consultants to the ongoing process, we can work alongside selectors to help them clarify the emerging picture of the candidate, and monitor the process to ensure it is consistent and unbiased.

We can also provide face to face interviews with candidates to assess suitability for work at the highest levels. Here we call upon our psychological orientation to present a different perspective on the candidate, one that taps into psychological strengths and areas for further development.
