Wendy Bolton A chartered psychologist, with a postgraduate qualification in psychotherapy, Wendy has been interested from early in her career in the use of psychological understanding applied to the world of work. |
Wendy primarily works in the fields of selection and management development, working with organisations and individuals. She has extensive experience of designing assessment materials and processes to get best evidence of competencies, motivation and potential. She has international experience in designing and delivering training programmes aimed at helping managers to develop their assessment and observation skills.
As a qualified coach and an experienced career consultant, she
provides individual coaching and mentoring, and helps organisations
set up mentoring schemes.
