Consultation and Design
We consult to clients about the aims of the selection process. What are people being selected for and how are they meant to contribute to the functioning of the company. For example in recent years selection has been based on the core competencies which are associated with essential management skills.

We then work with clients to design the procedures that allow selectors to make accurate judgments about the competencies being assessed. We study the field to keep abreast of the accuracy and validity of the latest selection measures. Our group has a particular expertise in assessing people in group settings. We design specific assessment materials such as ‘in-tray’ case studies and we design the overall structure of the entire assessment centre.
