The work began with Bridge consultants helping the HR Director and colleagues to define the concerns surrounding this high profile project, and therefore the selection. We helped them to define the competencies that would be required for this interesting role.
Having defined the criteria, we designed a selection process
which allowed the Candidates the opportunity to demonstrate these
competencies. We were directly engaged in the selection event,
giving our observations of the Candidates and taking an active
role in discussion of the evidence on which the decisions were
made.
