Taking careful notes on each Candidate during the assessment centre and writing reports, we put together a body of information about the individual Candidates and the process as a whole. We have then used this data every season to evaluate the process, including the success of the different selection events, comparisons of the performance of different Candidate groups, and issues of diversity.
Regular meetings of the consultants involved in this project
ensure the consistency of our approach, and maximise the input
we can give from each consultant’s substantial experience.
