Pippa Foster Pippa has over 20 years experience in career counselling, selection and training. Formerly a psychologist at the Tavistock Clinic, she was a founder member of the Career and Educational Consultation Unit at the Tavistock Centre. |
She has been involved in the training and supervision of Career Counsellors in a number of different settings. She has worked as a consultant to a wide variety of organisations including industry, the NHS and charitable organisations. For the past fifteen years she has been particularly involved in the selection of overseas personnel for the Anglican and Methodist churches. She has a private practice as a psychotherapist. Having lived and worked in many parts of Europe, Asia and Africa she is interested in the impact of psychological, cultural and spiritual values on personal and career development.
She has worked on selection boards and trained selectors in countries
covering four continents.
