In terms of our experience of graduate recruitment Bridge Consulting is second to none. As a group we have 60 years of experience that has evolved since the first assessment centres designed after the Second World War.

We have designed large numbers of selection events over the years, and have continually worked to perfect our methods of selection and the training of selectors.

As individuals we have been directly involved in the interviewing of large numbers of graduates over several years which has ensured that each one of us are experts in the field.
