Jolyon Morris Jolyon Morris has been an organisational consultant for 11 years, and for the past 7 years a consultant with Bridge. Prior to this he worked for 18 years in management positions in manufacturing and retailing businesses, the last five years in director level positions on divisional boards of plc’s. |
His consultancy work includes projects in public sector and
commercial organisations, mainly focusing on changing organisational
culture. He has a particular interest in the psychodynamics of
organisations and leadership & management teams, and the development
of management capacity both in teams and in individual managers.
He is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and Investors in People
Specialist Advisor.
