To implement recruitment processes in different cultures Bridge
consultants have trained senior managers in 20 different countries
spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. As
in all our work our approach is tailored to the needs of the client.
When we travel abroad to introduce a new selection process we
ensure that we have extensive consultation with the HR departments
concerned before we begin our trainings. Bridge consultants do
not work with off the shelf trainings. We provide an experience
designed to meet the needs of our host company. These needs have
covered issues related to diverse cultural experiences and expectations
in some locations, or alternatively organisational issues specific
to the company concerned.
