Bridge’s history goes back to the origins of Assessment Centres 60 years ago. It is our unique blend of extensive experience and professional training that forms the basis of the Bridge approach.

Bridge consultants believe that you are the best people to select your own personnel. In consultation with you we will design your own unique selection process, the tools that may be required and the training for Selectors to undertake. If desired we will work alongside you, providing our own perspective and expertise. Additionally we will help you evaluate the process.
